The ideal candidate Sous Chef will be passionate about food, people and providing an exceptional guest experience. They will possess excellent multitasking, interpersonal and communication skills. Responsibilities include involvement in menu development, training and developing employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; ordering; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
A minimum of 2 years of previous experience as an Sous Chef in a full-service establishment is required for consideration. Culinary Arts degree preferred, but we will hire candidates with exceptional experience.
