We are looking for a motivated person to lead our USDA inspected kitchen were we produce prepared seafood product for wholesale distribution. Manager will be responsible for running kitchen in accordance to our USDA grant of inspection. Must have Serve Safe Manager and be trained in or be willing to get trained in HACCP procedures. Answered directly to owner and will be in charge of kitchen employees. Must be able to lift 50# and able to stand for prolonged periods of time. Clean driving history. Computer/ quick books skills for invoicing. This is a full spectrum managerial position where we need a person willing to do what it takes to be successful.
