We’re looking for fun, ambitious people to join us at our storefront! The Front of House Leader is responsible for ensuring great customer service, delegating tasks to team members, managing opening & closing tasks, handling our special order (catering) program, and reordering packaging and beverages. You would be managing a team of 3-5 people, depending on the day of the week. Hours are (roughly) 6 AM – 2:30 PM Wednesday- Friday and 7 AM – 3 PM Saturday and Sunday.
Please note this role is NOT for a General Manager: You are not expected to hire or fire team members, schedule shifts, or manage any financials for the business. This role has more in common with a shift supervisor.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced or promising leader who is not afraid to get their hands dirty. This role works very closely with the owner and there is plenty of room for growth as the business expands. You should be smart, a quick problem-solver, resourceful, a good communicator, and able to keep up with a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to lead by example and take initiative to constantly improve our operations. You should also have a high degree of emotional intelligence and be able to handle difficult interactions with customers and discipline team members as needed.

What we have to offer: Compensation starting at $13.25/hour, plus share of pooled tips. We also offer 2+ weeks of paid time off per year and have plans to expand our benefits as the business grows.
