We are looking for high-energy, hard-working, guest-focused restaurant managers to join our team as we grow in 2018.

Our restaurant managers engage our associates throughout each shift, promoting teamwork, mutual respect, and improved performance. Our managers drive sales through engaging our guests in a way that leaves them impressed by our service and excited about returning for another unique and wonderful dining experience.

Responsibilities Include:

Meets or exceeds our service standards through staffing, development, and execution of our brand
Effectively manages P&L cost centers, executes inventory procedures accurately
Maintains our physical plant in accordance with company standards and local health department regulations
Maintains effective safety and security programs in accordance with our company policies and government regualtions
Provided exceptional service to our guests in accordance with our standards
Handles daily/weekly administrative tasks, including effective employee schedules, cash handling, daily reporting, government compliance
Strives to develop associates through honest, timely, and ongoing coaching and teaching using one-on-ones, pre-shift meetings
Maintains compliance with all company policies, applicable laws, and operating standards
Other Duties as Assigned
Successful Candidates will Possess:

Minimum of 2 years of management/supervisory experience in an up-scale, full-service restaurant
Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
Passion for Service to others
Extensive Wine knowledge preferred
Ability to work in an environment with loud noise, temperature extremes, wet floors
Ability to respond in emergency situations
Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift objects up to 40 pounds repeatedly throughout a shift
Ability to stand and walk for periods of 8-10 hours per shift
Food Safety Certification/Responsible Service of Alcohol Certification – Preferred
