Farm-to-fork Cafe and Catering Company.


Part time employment. Applicants can expect 20+ hours per week during high season. Requires a minimum of three years experience in sales or the hospitality industry and one year of experience in catering and event food sales.

Job Responsibilities:

– Intake clients via e-mail, over the phone and in person providing detailed information about catering services and venue services
– Create/update invoices and proposals to send to clients
– Coordinate rental quotes/orders
– Intake rental deliveries
– Conduct follow ups with clients and further develop client relationships
– Conduct site visits both on and off-site
– Coordinate venues and vendors to ensure event details and timelines are accurate
– Assist with wedding tastings and consultation meetings
– Schedule service staff


– Excellent verbal and written skills
– Knowledge of Tripleseat is a plus
– Knowledge of professional rentals is a plus
– Knowledge of various layers or catering food service from drop-off, delivery, plates, butters is preferred with a minimum of one year of experience
– Strong knowledge of RI seasons and seasonality of food available and farmed within RI and S.E. MA
– Monday-Saturday availability with flexible work hours to some degree
