Blount Small Ship Adventures is looking for an experienced catering head chef who would fill a temporary position September 20 – October 18, 2019.  The perfect candidate is comfortable working aboard a vessel, preparing casual, family-style meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for approximately 40-70 guests.  Guest demographic is 55+, with wide varieties of dietary needs and restrictions (chef will be provided with guest notes on dietary needs).  This head chef will work alongside a veteran-BSSA assistant chef/baker, and galley attendant, while coordinating with the ship board cruise direct and hotel manager for dining room service.  A passport and clean record is required, as the vessel will be traveling internationally to Montreal, Quebec, Canada.  Please send your resume to the included email address.  Thank you!
