The Story of Food Waste aims to change the way people buy, cook, recycle, and eat food. Through the eyes of chef-heroes like Bourdain, Dan Barber, Massimo Bottura, and Danny Bowien, WASTED! exposes the criminality of food waste and shows us how each of us can make small changes – all of them delicious – to make the most of every kind of food. Please Join us for a special RI screening of Wasted! at Bayberry Beer Hall with Chef Jake Rojas, Chef Derek Wagner and Chef Dave Johnson as they create a menu highlighting menu ideas to help tackle food waste in each of their kitchens. Bayberry Beer Hall will be offering a cash bar CHANGE CAN BE DELICIOUS Proceeds from the event will benefit Chefs Collaborative scholarship and education programs.
