In addition to Red Stripe’s full dinner menu, including classics like 10 varieties of Moules & Frites, Red Stripe Paella, and Steak Frites, to start, guests may enjoy Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail with house-made cocktail sauce or Salade d’Amour: Boston Bibb lettuce tossed with candied pomegranate seeds, toasted pecans, goat cheese, sliced apples and a pomegranate vinaigrette. Featured entrees are a marinated and grilled Rack of Lamb served with parsnip puree, charred broccolini, and bordelaise sauce; grilled 8 oz. Beef Tenderloinwith gorgonzola potatoes au gratin, roasted baby carrots, and a wild mushroom demi-glace; and pan-seared Cod with jasmine rice, asparagus, baby arugula salad, cilantro-lime vinaigrette, and citrus cream. The special Valentine’s Day dessert with be a Chocolate-Raspberry Mousse with macerated raspberries, vanilla tuile, coconut powder and Chantilly cream.
