Rebelle Artisan Bagels – Bagels 101 Workshop

Time to roll up your sleeves and make some bagels! We’ll show you the secret to making Rebelle bagels and hook you up with everything you need to make a batch at home. Our bakers will demonstrate how we mix the dough in our giant mixer and also on our home-sized KitchenAid, we’ll teach you how to roll bagels by hand, and we’ll end by demonstrating how to boil & bake. Oh, and we’ll do all of this with a few refreshments in hand, because why not. Ticket includes: 1 half-dozen freshly baked bagels and refreshments. We’ll have Rebelle Everything Spice and Malted Barley Syrup available for sale if you wish to bake at home. Please note: We’ll be working in a commercial kitchen that follows guidelines set forth by the RI Dept of Health. Please wear long pants and closed-toed shoes, and keep your hair tied back. Because we need to plan ahead for these events, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations.
