Gracie’s Spanish Tapas Night with Chef Pam Farmer

Take a trip to España from the comfort of Gracie’s dining room!
On Sunday, March 31st from 6–9pm we invite you to a very special “Spain Day” dinner with Chef Pam Farmer. Pam is a longtime friend of Gracie’s and we’re beyond delighted to welcome her back into our kitchen! Pam regularly hosts “paella parties” out of her home and has collaborated with our staff on numerous occasions.
On this particular evening, Pam and Executive Chef Matt Varga will prepare a three-course dinner inspired by Pam’s lifelong travels throughout Spain. This is sure to be a fantastic night out! The menu will include a standing tapas bar as well as Pam’s famous paella and signature sangria. Following dinner, the Gracie’s pastry team will be serving up warm churros with chocolate sauce in addition to other Spanish favorites.
