Andrew and Laura will show us how to make fresh cow’s milk ricotta cheese and sweet butter. Enjoy an evening of instruction, wine, and tastings of Sweet & Salty Farm’s artisanal cheeses and yogurt made with milk from their own Jersey cows which are raised on green pastures that slope down to the sea.
