Chef Challenge Warwick | A Pop-Up Mystery Meal | Rhode Island Roots

Executive Chef Kevin Matos (of Jc’s Butcher Shop) and Executive Chef Alex Dill (learned from a two Michelin Star Chef) are both Rhode Island Natives working together under than name of Rhode Island Roots. Our mystery box of locally and ethically sourced ingredients will be transformed into a 4-course mystery dinner and influenced by their Portuguese and Spanish culinary experiences.

They will have limited time to make a family-style “mystery” meal. You won’t know what’s coming until it’s in front of you. Join us for a truly unique dinner experience including root-to-stalk and seasonal cooking techniques. An optional wine paring will be available upon arrival.

We use boxes of pasture-raised meat and organic produce from local, family farms. Our mission is to make food more fun and authentic while innovating and cleaning up our food systems.

Seating is limited to 30 guests and reservations are required in advance as our events typically sell out.
