Persimmon Sommelier Series: Piedmont

On Tuesday, November 7, we travel to Piedmont for an amazing dinner featuring the wines of the region. Champe has set out to secure truffles, so you can be sure that the dinner will be extra special. Our sommelier, Steffen Rasch, has selected a spectacular lineup of wines: a crisp Arneis, a stunning rose made from the Nebbiolo grape, a classic Dolcetto, an unusual Grignolino, and an aged Reserve Barbaresco. Don’t miss this unique opportunity to sample some delicious wines paired with a regionally inspired multi-course menu created by chef Champe.
