Easy Entertaining Cooking Class – Shuck Up Cooking Class

We have access to some of the world’s best shellfish living in Rhode Island. If you love to enjoy one of this little state’s best offerings but don’t know how to shuck, join us for this class on how to build the perfect raw bar for entertaining (or just because). We’ll learn about pre-schucking, homemade accompaniments, and methods to step up your raw bar game with shrimp, crab or lobster. This class includes (6) oysters per guest and a complimentary glass of wine or beer.
