Earth Care Farm Vinegar Making Workshop, Dinner, Dessert and a Cocktail

Join Harry Rosenblum, founder of the acclaimed Brooklyn Kitchen and author of Vinegar Revival (Clarkson Potter, 2017) for a hands on cooking class. After a short introduction we’ll roll up our sleeves and work together to make a delicious family style meal including a seasonal salad, Beef stew, roasted cabbage and German style mashed potatoes. We’ll also make a Vinegar Pie for dessert.
Earth Care Farm beef and produce will be used wherever possible and we’ll use recipes from Harry’s book and talk about how to incorporate more vinegar into your cooking.
Family style dinner will be served and we’ll all eat, drink and laugh together!
75$ includes class, dinner, a vinegar starting kit and a vinegar based cocktail
