Al Forno Cooking Classes Winter/Spring 2020

Join Al Forno and our chefs, David Reynoso, Phil Niosi and Neil Temkin for our Winter/Spring lineup of Whole Protein Classes. This session we will show you how to butcher and prepare whole animals and produce multi course meals.
1/25 – Pork
2/15 – Rabbit
3/07 – Fish
3/21 – Duck
4/04 – Chicken
4/11 – Lamb
The classes are held on Saturday from 12:00-3:00pm and are $80/person.
After approximately two hours in the kitchen, everyone gathers for a celebratory meal of the day’s creations. Wine will be available for purchase during the classes.
Class menus will be determined the week of the class based on availability and Chef David’s whim. Please let us know about any dietary restrictions when you sign up even if they don’t seem to apply to the listed topic.
For our Winter/Spring Session we will be working with whole proteins and will only be able to take limited dietary restrictions into account.
Due to high demand we ask that you limit your class selection to a maximum of three.

If you must cancel, we ask for as much notice as possible as we typically have lengthy waitlists. Cancellations will be refunded in the form of an Al Forno gift card up until 2 days before the class.
Cancelations within 48 hours of the class will not be refunded.
