Quahog Week 2017
March 20 - March 25
We love our seafood in Rhode Island. It supports our economy and traditions and is at the heart of our popular local food scene. And what is more Rhode Island than the quahog?!
Quahog Week shines a light on our favorite local clam and its many uniquely Rhode Island preparations. From March 20-25, participating local restaurants and markets will feature quahogs on menus and in-store promotions. Join in the fun by purchasing quahogs to prepare at home (we’ll have a few yummy recipes to share online) or by dining out at one (or a few…we won’t judge!) of our amazing local eateries.
